Binance, Bitmex and now poloniex all seem to be banning americans. Binance has plans for binance US but not sure on the timetable and what assets will be listed.
Does not seem bullish to me, especially for certain altcoins that are currently only available on one major exchange like binance

mex and finex always banned americans
but yes, alts have been one-way slaughtered since the binance news
