top 3 should probably go 1-3, then I like Forte at 4 but picked towards late round 1. Avoid CJ2k. Jamaal Charles should probably go immediately after Forte.

David Wilson will be in a position to put up 14ish a week if Bradshaw's toe flares up, otherwise no.

fantasy football probably takes way more time when you consider all the different types of positions. fantasy baseball requires at most the effort of periodically switching out platoon guys and rotating a few pitchers

fantasy baseball just takes a basic understanding of sabremetrics. if you have a smartphone, it takes 10 min/day.

Fantasy football requires a lot of reading about coverage of team practices, match-ups and game plans, which is time consuming.

you take certasin metrics for hitting, running and defense (varies by sabremetrician), convert 10 runs = 1 win, then compare that player to the average player at that position.

168, good value with Mendenhall and Tamme. I'd drop some of your late random RB like LeShoure and Hillman for younger guys with more obvious upside. Try to throw Hunter into the DMC trade for a possession receiver to take advantage of PPR, bc Hunter will have so much more value to the counterparty than you post-trade. Alternatively, stash Hunter in hopes of a Gore injury if the Gore-owner's bench + waiver wire look shallow - riskier though, obviously. Regardless I would probably do the trade straight up. Gore and Turner both present the same sort of veteran risk this year in that they are getting old and beat down, so will probably be DTD and limited a lot. You can't really budget for this in your starting decisions and it's better IMO to have home-run guys like DMC who have foreseeable problems you can respond to. I don't know what you are doing with Doug Martin and Pierre Garcon, they will probably never be in your top 5 or 6 skill players and Garcon's upside is always limited by a probable rookie QB injury/meltdown. Why didn't you draft a back-up QB?

In each case you're relying on a rookie starter on a historically anemic offense. Martin will split time with Blount who has had a great offseason. Garcon is unproven in WR1 role, remember he was only a solid fantasy option opposite the better Reggie Wayne, with Peyton throwing to them.

There are better options at each positions in the respective pick ranges.

Doug Martin is the starting RB for a coach that will run. Also, our league starts 3 WR and Pierre Garcon is a solid 3rd WR with huge upside. Granted it depends on RG3's performance. I strongly disagree with you here.

I didn't draft a back-up QB b/c I wanted to stash my roster with RBs and I can pick up a Dalton/Smith/Flacco at any time. Last year, I took Jamal Charles and Peyton Hillis in the first two rounds. They went out early, so I traded my QB for Leblount and got fucked. Since, the RB position is volatile, I drafted guys that could start soon. Moreover, the guys with more obvious upside weren't available when it came time to pick (Rodgers, Hillis, Jennings).

You're putting a lot on the shoulders of young, mobile QBs. Martin may fuck you for the same reason that Blount did last year - the Bucs backfield will split time and their line is not great w/ the run. The Bucs RBs will as always lose goalline touches to Freeman's athleticism. They pass more with VJax in the offense. I am generally staying away from Martin and Blount this year. That being said, you're going to be fine at RB with or without Martin.

I outlined the risks with Garcon above, but I agree that he presents upside. Would rather take him a round or two later and hold him on the bench to see how the Redskins offense shakes out. It's really a moving target right now, questions marks at QB and RB.

It's strange that your deep league left Dalton and Flacco undrafted.
