This is an area of much academic debate, but the evidence seems to favor that notion that certain *groups* of applicants are favored/at a disadvantage based on the specific factors/vectors acting at a single point in the economic cycle.

Beginning in the early 00s, he has seen a shift from this perception on federalism among liberal students, many of whom embrace the idea of being able to pursue their goals on a much smaller scale in the less intimidating, by far less "gated" stage of state politics. Every recession has a recovery unless you sort of get in the way of it. In a regulatory sense, Obama sort of did that. That's part of the reason why there's been essentially no recovery, although the factors you mentioned do contribute. |
