They are more laid back than cumskins because in europe, if you were laid back, you starved or froze to death or what not; whereas in india, there were not any serious evolutionary mechanisms that selected for non-laidback-ness.
The Turdskin's explanation in the video is likely incorrect, because the time of cumskins colonialism is to distant from today, and the Turdskins' interaction with their colonial cumskin oppressors was too infrequent and limited, to have any effect on modern Turdskin mannerisms. Also, I've noticed a lot of Turdskins do bobble head even when theyre walking.
