I have a job making six figures, where I give orders rather than take them, and where there is a non-zero chance of me getting further promotions.
Given what this board says about law school: That biglaw is hard to get, and worse, soul crushing; where you get screamed at by seniors and partners for misplaced commas; that the earnings of biglawyers are similar to mine; and that the only way to make more is the even rarer possibility of becoming partner -- I'd say I did well in not going to law school.
Also, I did not score a 169.

Lol. Nobody thinks that law school is a good idea. But your initial impulse is to say that you're richer, better off, have more power than lawyers. Which may or may not be true. Either way, its unseemly and reeks of insecurity.
BTW you should read some of the pysch work on system/self justification. I think you would find it illuminating.

You probably earn slightly less than what a 1st year does, but otherwise credited. Biglaw sucks. That being said, about 15-20% of new the lawyers in NYC at least start boutiques or above-market firms, so they also out-earn you. Then there is the huge number of successful shitlaw people of all stripes. Many DUI guys, estate and trust lawyers, the torts lords, etc, make a lot more than you ever will. Law is crazily stratified and you make more than the majority of young lawyers, but at the comparable levels of success, most lawyers make more than you and have much higher ceilings. On a board full of biglawyers you keep attempting to boast that you make about as much as the first rung of the ladder for us.

MBAs PWN JDs at nearly every level.
I'd rather a Harvard MBA than a Yale JD; a UCLA MBA over a UCLA JD; a TTT MBA over a TTT JD, and so forth.
The MBA is cheaper, shorter in duration, and gives you more career flexibility.
