because quite a few of them have been retracted because they were factually incorrect.
you seem to be confusing adherence to science journal publishing format with some kind of superhuman erudition or cognitive ability. that's wrong; it's a formula.
phrasing things in the manner of a medical journal article is no assurance that the claims being made are any good. often, they are not.
