There's no real advice that will help man. As you know it's mostly just about personality fit, how eager they are to hire, how much a buzz word of your experience impresses someone, etc. So it's mostly just out of your control. Enjoy the ride.

It went as well as it could. And company seems to have legit quality of life. But the whole 'cost center' thing became even more apparent being in actual interviews. And little chance for advancement. The work seemed to be somewhat similar to biglaw, just less of it.
