Within a few days applicants will receive a phone call to schedule a sit-down with a shift manager to talk about their availability, past experience, transportation etc. Those who make it through this sit-down will gain an official interview with the hiring manager of their specific location. Some franchises may put applications through 3 or more interviews, a quiz or even request a “shadow day” before they are officially hired. |
