Do you get in on Friday? If so - go out to dinner on Friday, find a bar and chill there Saturday - do tourist stuff during day. Whatever you want (museums, Empire State, state of liberty, WTC, whatever). Dinner and bar at night Sunday - Brunch into bars all day into dinner then bed. This will be the best day. Drink hard from noon till 9 PM. Talk to strangers, wander around neighborhoods, basically bar hop for 9-12 hours. Try to find an outdoor bar or two. Monday - Explore an outer borough of interest, go home
