If not under maritime law your fictitious corporate entity can register in any state.
Pretty sure i know like 3 guys who did this and the IRS just had to leave them alone. Also when you register make sure you use a 2 cent stamp and have a notary sign over your name when you register with the state's Post Master of your chosen residency. |
