Shut up you stupid fucking faggot. Franklin Lloyd Wright is a motherfucker at architecture and a CHAD. He would consistently get his clients to go way over budget for his projects and would also fuck their wives. What he tried to do with architecture was a direct "fuck you" to global capitalism.

With that said, that house does look pretty fucking weird even for a Wright house.

His ceilings are often very low -- uncomfortably low. Why? Because he was a vindictive short man who was resentful of taller people, and he liked ceiling heights that make tall people feel uneasy.

If FLW designed an igloo made of shit and AIDS-infected needles, that too would be a steal at 1.5M

The family of the original owners of the R.W. Lindholm House — another Frank Lloyd Wright house that was designed and built in Cloquet in 1952 — tried unsuccessfully for several years to sell the house and 15.5 acres for $750,000, or for $250,000 not including the surrounding acreage.

The family partnered with the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy to help find a new use for the building, eventually deciding to donate the house to the Usonian Preservation Inc., a nonprofit that's affiliated with Polymath Park in Acme, Penn.

So the house was recently disassembled, packed into containers and is now en route to Pennsylvania, where it will be reassembled over the next year to help preserve Wright's legacy. Copies of the original drawings will remain with the house, along with other archival material, and it will be protected by a preservation easement and monitored by the conservancy.

I wouldn't move to St. Louis if they gave me that house for free. I sort of like those weirdo houses though. They seem to always have interesting floor plans and give off that "70's coke parties happened here" vibe. outside is hideous though.
