I'd say most people, 90% or so, are attracted to corporate chain restaurants like lemmings. I don't get it. The best sections go to the waiters with seniority, you have literally hours of side work to do after your shift, you have to tip everyone and their fucking sister out, management are assholes and abusing multiple substances on the reg, I could go on.
The same people who are attracted to corporate chain restaurants as waiters will be attracted to biglaw in law school.
If you find yourself in biglaw, then congrats, you have found your fate. What drew you to biglaw in the first place? Probably the lure of money. There is no hope for you, unfortunately because you won't be happy in shitlaw either.
Just be content being miserable all the time. HTH. |
