Is it ILLEGAL for a landlord to want to move back in despite signing 1yr lease

Date: March 7th, 2017 9:29 PM Author: canary psychic plaza I signed a lease with landlord 5 months ago and she called asking if i was okay on rent (despite me paying on time evrytime)... then said she and her husband have been having trouble finding new place and were hoping to move back in... said she'd comply with the 1 year lease but "put it out there for me to entertain"... said she'd spot me $500-$1000 for moving expenses and would write letter for next landlord
Is this LEGAL or ILLEGAL. Is this another way of EVICTING ME without saying the word EVICTION???
Should I be on the look out just in case she tries to frame me for something? |

Now I wonder what will landlord do with the vacant place? She says she and husband will move in, but I've been reading that landlord might want to rent for a higher price to someone else.
Either way, if I say NO - I fear landlord will write bad letter for next time I move. If I say yes, I feel like I am being lied to.
