French Muslim Exceptionalism?
The great exception to these trends is French Muslims, specifically those of Algerian origin. This is important given the fact that those with origins in Muslims countries now number 5.7 percent of the French population, the largest of any west European country. In the 1999-2000 World Values Survey, Algeria had the lowest proportion of self-identified ‘religious’ (55%) respondents of any Muslim country, by far the lowest in the MENA region. Kabyle Berbers in Algeria have an especially strong secular tradition of opposing the Algerian state's Islamist ideology, and some 60 percent of Franco-Algerians are of Kabyle origin. This probably explains why 60 percent of second-generation French with at least one Algerian parent claim to have no religion.

I know a Berber dude who believes in eugenics
He thinks he's inferior because he is a circlehead who's balding and with poor eyesight, even though he's 6'4

look at some of the ones listed on this page and "POC" seems not quite accurate.

otoh I noticed there wasn't a "scientists" section so maybe they're honorary POC.
