For example, you can attend to the background noise in your ears until it is foreground, then switch, etc., until the "emptiness" of aural perception is apparent.
Anyway, I noticed that the demisphere described by vision is encircled by the blind spots - vision "spills in" to them or "rolls over" into them, like a gutter. Once you notice it by fixating on a point, it appears that vision follows "tracks" "through" the "lines" described by the blind spots upon shifting focus to another object. |
