Alt right is 30% of the GOP, which makes it 15% of congress. It can't govern on its own which is why it needs the cucks still in a major way.
Hopefully these percentages will change over time with the rise of Breitbart and alt-right personalities.

the moment the alt-right signed its death warrant was when it tied its fortunes to an opportunist boomer
its ideology is centered around strong male leaders. they're in too deep now, they can't separate their worldview from supporting Trump. even if they can, there's no one who can replace him as the movement's figurehead in short notice
