Sustanon has a great rep and I know a lot of dudes use it but honestly I don't know much about it? As I understand it, the only meaningful difference between sustanon and a given test ester is that the sustanon, being composed of four different esters, will provide more stable blood levels with less frequent injections, as well as reach peak levels faster, right?

Blasting and cruising is a pretty big decision to make, especially if you have normal test levels. I have legit low as fuck testosterone (250 ng/dl) so I'm b&cing, and eventually just cruising, for the foreseeable future.

Do not fucking blast and cruise unless you're a paid competitor. You will fuck yourself up. Run a cycle here & there, take time off = 2x time on, and do everything you can to maintain your strength and LBM gains. If you have legit hormonal issues, talk to a knowledgeable doc, not internet steroid users.

I was referring to Alpha; never heard of Astral. Alpha has great stuff, but it can be expensive. There's an old school dude from Russia who's been in the scene since the '90s who sells them if you don't know what's-her-face to buy direct.

People have gone back & forth on PCT in general for decades, both from an HPTA and aromitization perspective. I like AEs for the latter alone, as the former's contested. Also note that HCG, by its very nature, does impact your HPTA. Your doc friend should be aware of this literature.

Var's one I've never used, as I've always had a test base with ~equivalent amount of a more anabolic drug like EQ... and I've almost always had dbol, either throughout or just to front load. Var won't have an effect at low doses when used concurrently with highly androgenic compounds or high doses of anything, really. It's a great drug for women (but often counterfeited with something bad for women), or for, like, real cutting cycles for a comp or something; even then, you're talking 50-100mg/day, which is cost-prohibitive, even with the prevalence of UGLs over the last 15 years.

I've front loaded with both EQ and dbol before, as well as a few misc compounds just to get blood levels up quicker from the start. Longer esters can be tricky, so I actually made a spreadsheet to calculate how much was in my system in order to properly calculate PCT timing. Remember that if you're hitting, say, 1g test cyp weekly for 10 weeks, it'll be well over a month before your blood levels are back to the range where your HPTA can realize what's going on and signal your testes to wake up and start pumping out endogeneous test again (and this is where HCG comes in, whether during or after cycle).

Are you in a professional environment? Real 50mg abombs can blow you up very quickly, and your 25lbs and bloated moonface might raise some eyebrows...

The nitrogen retention effect of dbol is unmatched... great stuff, but not unlike abombs, the water comes off quick when you go off.

I'd recommend splitting 4x/day with the 5mg thai pinks or equivalent in today's market, for 20-60mg/day depending on size/cycle/goals/etc.
