It was very small and you saw the same people 4-7 days/week; the same people would be at the law school bar nights, at the same bars on the weekend, etc. Some were chill, there was one girl I was in love with, and there were a bunch of gunners of course but the real sad sacks were the people who were 5 years out of UG (who, btw, seemed absolutely ancient, despite what we'd like to think now) who tried to make it UG part 2.
The memorization (of the facts, holdings, Gilbert's, some Black Law Students Association outline, etc.) passed off as "insight" in class when spit back was just vomit. |
