the secretary at one point tells him she tried to fix the M in the "WM" skyline logo jimmy was painting on the wall, and jimmy just kind of reacts defeatedly, like what's the point?
finally in the last scene when kim comes out to comfort jimmy in the shadows of the office and convinces him to let her represent him, jimmy's spirit is restored. when she is standing next to him in the shadows, their bodies make the two sides of the M, and when kim reaches out to grab jimmy's hand, it completes the letter M, symbolizing his restoration.

Date: April 25th, 2017 6:12 PM Author: Blathering death wish national chuck manipulated the prosecutor into offering the great deal hinging on jimmy confessing and probably being disbarred. i don't think chuck expects jimmy to go to trial, but i believe he thinks jimmy will lose if he does and be guilty of the felony, leading to his disbarment either way.
sounded like at the end jimmy and kim were going to fight back.
it could set up for some really dramatic courtroom trial scenes -- i hope that's how they go with it. kim and jimmy could really use chuck's mental state against him and make chuck extremely unlikable to a jury.
but i'm almost wondering if something health-wise (death) is going to happen to chuck before trial that stops him from being able to testify. |
