Also take like a 15 minute walk middle of the day.

Currently around 15k per day. I have a daily goal of at least 8000 and often hit 20-25k on the weekends. This accounts for about 2-3 hours of running a week, another 2-3 hours of lifting/calisthenics, 2-3 hours of tennis, 1-2 hours of taking walks and having small children. I'm extremely active and can't stand to sit still unless I'm billing, boozing or watching TV.
