Margin accounts, multiple mortgages, etc... make an educated guess on the direction of the market (up or down) and worst case scenario hide from your debtors and/or declare bankruptcy. Leave the country after a couple of years, come back, get new credit galore.
Credit scores are BS meant to scare you into being an indentured servant.
