90% are overweight
They keep revamping the weight standards to make people feel better - just like how clothing sizes have changed a ton

Fault lies with the american people, fed gov and bigfood
FDA/government doesn't give a fuck about people's health - puts money into BigFood and processed food companies. The gov is literally subsidizing the food industry. Sugar Daily Value % - the biggest contributor to obesity now - isn't included on processed food packaging, even though other important nutritional facts DV %s are included because they don't want you to know just how much sugar is in processed food.
Lots of marketing scams by processed food companies to make something "seem" healthy when it's not. E.g., most juice is just sugar water but some fat fuck might think they are just drinking blended fruits.
What Americans need to do is to stop eating processed foods - if it doesn't look like you can grow it outside or runs around wild, then don't eat it.

Burgers and fries aren't that bad TBH. Pizza does have a ton of calories due to the cheese. But you can easily eat burgers/fries for 600-700 calories. You can easily lose weight while eating shake shack everyday.
Snacking in between meals is a big problem and also drinking lots of sugary drinks like soda, etc. - cookies or anything sweet is an automatic calorie packed weight gain. Sugar is the biggest problem, not high sodium foods. One cake is packed with like 4,000 calories or something stupid. One cookie can range from 40 to 120 calories, as can a small piece of chocolate.
Also, eating 3 meals a day is GC flame. People can easily function with 2 meals a day and some minimal snacking in between on fruit or whatever.

You really notice this coming back to the US from overseas.
What's most striking is the number of huge obesemos. Go into an average mall in the US and you'll see dozens of the type of obesemo that you would be lucky to see once a week in Europe.
