Here is my best guess:
Roll into the office around 9:45.
Talk to friends and shoot the shit until about 10:30.
Check emails. No new emails.
Work on a powerpoint presentation explaining gender pronouns. It will be unveiled at a company retreat next week. It is six slides and all the information is available on wikipeda.
It's now 12:30 so you go to lunch until about 2.
Attend a weekly meeting with other VPs at 2:30. This lasts until 3:30 and doesn't actually require you to do anything except say "the presentation is almost complete. It's definitely lit and woke!"
It's now 3:30 so you browse facebook for awhile because, well, who would actually browse twitter?
The clock hits 4:30. You check your online banking app to make sure your paycheck cleared. It feels good to make $230k a year while changing the world. Time to head home. Another big day at the office complete.

From an interview with Tony Prophet, the "Chief Equality Officer" at Salesforce:
Glassdoor: If you had to break up your day or time into a pie chart, what would the sections be? How do you allocate your work time?
Prophet: One of the paradigms at Salesforce is the notion of ordinal ranking, this comes from our V2MOM process. For us in the Office of Equality, the number-one priority where I spent 30%, a quarter of my time, would be empowering our Ohana Groups. Our Ohana Groups are the backbone and the muscle and the fiber that carries the company’s equality culture forward.
In parallel, we work on increasing the diversity and representation of the footprint of the company. The third, and this goes hand in hand with the Ohana Groups, is a focus on the culture and making sure that the culture feels inclusive. The fourth in parallel and importantly are the equality efforts outside the company. We’re doing all those four things.
