chinese clients do not respect or trust lawyers and do not understand why transactions require lawyers or "rules".
They constantly lie to their own lawyers to hide the shady part of their business, they hide money, disappear for weeks and then pull ridiculous bullshit at the last minute.
They are just as cheap and greedy as any other clients but they dont understand the game yet. |
