then around midnight the day before the MBE i broke down and spent like ~$100 for a set of questions from the NCBE, but i didn't end up doing that many of them, but reviewing them during the break helped.

the last bar exam i did before California i think my average was something like:

i literally didn't even know they'd added civ pro to the MBE until like 3 days before i took the test, although it probably ended up helping me since i do lit, thus the 12(b)(6), summary judgment, directed verdict type questions were very easy for me.

if i had to guess at how i did on the MBE i'd say i was probably in the mid to high 60% range. i think they say 68.5% right on the MBE correlates exactly to the scaled 144 cut score. i would guess that i passed by the skin of my teeth, but who knows?
