Gene Wolfe is much more complicated stuff; check the New Yorker link to get an idea. Maybe start with his short stories to see if you like him.
Aristophanes is the world's oldest comic playwright and most of his works ridicule shitlibs. In The Knights he ridicules Cleon by among other things suggesting he has a blown-out asshole.
There's other fiction I like out there but I'm not sure how much I'd call XO. |
