Assume alternatives are sticker @ expensive NYC schools like Brooklyn, NYLS, St. John's, Fordham etc., OR full-ride @ CUNY Law (3 year program).
Primary goal is to get JD, pass bar and get to work ASAP so Touro seems tempting but... it's Touro.
Thoughts? TYIA

Fordham is significantly better than any of those schools
If you have a guaranteed job out of school that would seem to limit your downside re crushing debt out to law school. At Fordham you would a time least have some upside possibility to getting a big law job. That being said Fordham will be a lot more competitive that those other schools.

Remember that it follows you around forever in a prestige-obsessed profession. You have to put it on your bio. If you don't, people will look it up. If they look it up and it's a true TTT, they might LOL.
If you really, really don't care about this, then sure, but that you're asking the question and aware that this might be an issue would suggest that you care.

I'd go to CUNY if its a full ride. The resume stench is not nearly as bad as touro and an extra year of what will, for you, essentially be a 2 or 3 year vacation, doesn't seem like a bad thing.
But it would be fucking insane to go into significant debt for one of the other schools when you are guaranteed the job you want on the other end.

I think CUNY deserves respect, if only b/c it's a NYC school charging only 15,000 a year.
Don't know how shitlaw kings feel about it, but Fordham is at the top of the pack, and Cornell and NYU grads quickly become made men. Columbia grads are not on the scene.
