Winter's a good time to look b/c it's off-season and shops probably want to unload stuff. Anyone with a summer wedding has to buy about a year in advance.
Also consider buying off-rack if it fits well enough. You don't have to worry about delays and they'll usually cut you a discount.
For negotiating price, do you live near a state that doesn't tax clothing? That's a good bargaining chip and you can play shops against each other with it. |
