Men don't report because it is culturally stigmatized to do so and this largely has to do with the stereotype of hyper masculinity that so many men are vulnerable to, largely in part to white male patriarchy. Feminism wants both genders to be fully liberated and this message includes encouraging men to be vulnerable, compassionate, and sensitive.

The statistics of men not reporting are staggering so I encourage you to speak life into other men, to own your story, and enable others to do so, but your lament of feeling silenced by others because you are white, straight, male and so you're just going to keep quiet is not restorative or helpful to a very serious and necessary conversation.
