So in essence a drunk executive guy groped and felt up an ugly mentally ill woman. The guy has now been fired, but he was one day from 'retiring' and gets to keep his millions, so it's a phony gesture on Vox's part.
Next step is to round up the usual suspects (other mentally ill female Vox employees in various states of gender reassignment), and get them to sign on to a speaking complaint. Now that Vox has shown weakness && admitted sitting on this for two years -- COVERING UP THE ABUSE -- they are ripe for a shakedown. (And well-deserving, of course).
