It's so hard not to drink while dating and during football season. Drinks on weekday dates and then more drinks for Friday night date and then more drinks for football on the weekends.

Not drinking alone is good. I think an easy barometer is whether drinking is somehow negatively impacting your life. Are you getting fatter, not doing shit you would normally get done, is it at all impacting work, etc. All I can say is it creeps up on you. |
