The mother (who maintains and is skinny with BMI 18) told me secretly that they never wanted their daughter to have an eating problem, so they never criticize her weight. They are "worried about anorexia" developing in their fat bitch daughter. So they treated her like a fragile princess her entire life and she can't handle any criticism at all.

but too much and they'll never be able to be skinny because at that age, your body is forming its stasis point that it tries to remain for body fat purposes

apparently, comparing 2 people with the same weight, if 1 were a fatmo who lost the weight, that person still has a slower metabolism than a skinny person of the same weight who never gained weight in the first place. once you gain weight, your body is PERMANENTLY FUCKED forever, even if you end up losing the weight. |

If you are a kid and care at all about being fast or jumping high, then you're unable to eat enough calories to keep up with your metabolism that is basically fueled by 12x per day mini plyo and HIIT sets in the form of stuff like sprinting down every open hallway , jumping to touch every door frame and emergency exit sign in your school, usually several times in a row if left for a few minutes to your own devices. From age 9-16 I basically did some form of plyos several times per day every day, and had a sub-18 BMI until I stopped sports, and started striving full-time and lifting.
