Hard to describe but yeah its not normal. I'm still geting voices in bathrooms and other places with a lot of white noise (fans, etc)

After a while you barely pay attention. Really low iq or supersitious people can have problems with distinguising them from reality, though.
Anyway the enjoyable effects are a rush of energy/confidence early on, a really long-lasting antidepressant like afterglow that lasts for ages, and massively increased pleasure from sex or anything else fun and active. |
