Interviewing for a litigation job soon. How do I get the job.
Do I ask what they're looking for? What they usually worry about when they hire someone?
I feel like this is all sales, and I have sales skills. I just need to know what angle to work. Lawyers are risk-averse people, so how do I make myself seem like a safe choice without being boring?

i always ask what the company's biggest challenges have been recently and going forward.
i feel like it takes them down a notch, to remember they aren't perfect and they need to improve. which is where i come in.
