I'm not a cat psychologist, but it should be doable. Wife and I took in a kitten when we had a fixed male who was 2 years old. He hissed at the kitten once, but after that he was that kitten's dad. Worked with him several times daily on how to wrestle. Let the kitten pin him and shit until he was big enough to really do it.
