Regardless, the difference here between 2 accusers and 5 accusers - even if the implication in the demand letter were accurate - doesn't amount to actual malice.

If they want to get AL.com or the WaPo on a libel claim, they need to show that publishing the stories of the 2 accusers amounts to actual malice because those are the claims that are libelous if false. And they can't.
