We have a week to vacation. Wife and I are looking for a really chill vacation where the majority will be spent getting to know a non-overwhelming mid size city. We have a baby and can't do a lot of adult winter activities. In my mind, it would be 180 to rent an Airbnb with a wood fireplace and spend part of days grabbing local fresh food, building a fire, cooking, going for walks in the cold etc. all those things are doable with a baby.
Alternatively are there any good wine areas that we should consider going to? I suppose that's something too. We arrive from NYC into Geneva, btw.

Florence with day trips to places like Siena, but I don’t know about fireplaces there
smaller Swiss city like Luzern or Chur for fireplaces and mountain views and xmas feelings
