I'm underpaid - I can get a similar gig paying $40-50k more, which would go a long ways for me as a single bro. Also, I got fucked at my current job in terms of promotions I was promised. Many of the execs I reported through left and partially as a result of that my group as a whole has been devalued, plus I lost my biggest supporters.
