This is still crazy to me. The LSAT is 100 questions, all A-E. 140 is about 40 questions right. A random guessing strategy would yield 20 "right" answers on average, and given the number of test takers a fair bit of variance, meaning that the median Cooley student only improved on a random guessing strategy by 20 questions. And half of them did worse than that. There must be at least a few who were, essentially, random guessers but got "lucky" and scored a 135 or so that they absolutely could not replicate.

Student loans have been a disaster.
