Ohio State will beat Wisconsin.
So then you have two-loss Ohio State who is big ten champion.
And two-loss Notre Dame who is Pac 12 champion equivalent (assuming they beat Stanford and Stanford or USC win the Pac 12).
ND's worst loss is getting blown out by Miami. Ohio State's worst loss is getting blown out by Iowa.
In that situation you give the edge to ND over Ohio State.
But I don't think either would belong in and will probably both end up outside the playoff. Maybe they'll even play each other.
