What do rural white couples do when geographically isolated from Club Mandingo?

I mean I have heard of couples going to great lengths to work in a visit, scheduling family vacations around one or driving to Chicago from Omaha on a three day weekend, or even visiting some of the seedier and less reputable chapters in places like Kansas City, Missouri, but what do they do in Cheyenne or Couer d'Alene? The travel costs and logistics can be really restrictive for middle class couples.
Is corporate still working on their 50 State Mandingo initiative or alternatively the Roving BBC Tour, or maybe trying to use a hub and spoke model and regionalize the traveling BBC concept to tap these far flung markets? Have they explored franchising? I know they like to keep a tight leash on their locations and have a lot of top down control, but my guess is there are probably a lot of entrepreneurs between Spokane and Chicago who would be willing to sign up.
