video does not make plain if security/cop already trespass-warned the guy. If he had been warned, this is justified, though still extreme. If he had not, the guy should have been given one warning to leave.
All told,, if possible, I would rather the guy be kicked out of the store without being tackled and arrested. Its not conservative to risk unnecessary injury, lawsuit, and the costs of a trespass criminal case that will get tossed, when you can threaten and escort the guy the fuck out.
I hate BLM and all, but de-escalation when possible is always best.
