My sober days (not counting the first 3-4 days of withdrawal, which were a fucking nightmare and almost put me in the ER) were way better on average than my drunk days, but it was just a steady pleasantness. My drinking days, by contrast, were shitty in the mornings and afternoons, and then great in the evenings.
I had a couple beers tonight but feel like shit about it already. I think I'm going to stick with NODRINK for now. |
