I'm not a big fan of ambulances because they won't put their bill on a lien, they almost never bill health insurance, and the client gets stuck paying $1,500 out of pocket so their credit doesn't get hit. It doesn't even increase the case value anyways. |

And what if the dude is legit hurt but youve just dragged a stinky fish across his claim by sending him to a chiro and it comes out in discovery that the reason he went to a chiro instead of to the ER was because he must not have been that hurt, and that yes he went to a chiro without a doctors recommendation for some sort of PT secured first, and that out of all the chiros in the area he went to this one because his lawyer helped him to set up the appointment. and this chiro has been designated a treating expert in the past 100 calishitlawguru cases!
