working out is for people already thin who need to tone
all working out does for fats is make them needlessly proud and needlessly hungry. they reward themselves for their "work" by going home and eating a pizza and drinking a bottle of wine

A lot of the girls I dated who worked out a lot ate a stupid amount of processed wheat in the form of cereal, pasta, breads, etc.
Basically, OP, their diets are fucked up.

-They may work out at a low intensity that doesn't burn many calories
