Even though it runs fine and only has like 60k miles on it, I've been thinking about trading it in for a new car. But, do we think auto technology is going to drastically change in the next few years? For example, in the last few years most cars have gotten as upscale options adaptive cruise control and lane assist - is this sort of pseudo self-driving technology going to really advance such that it might make more sense to buy a 2020 or 2021 v. a 2018? Over the next few years, there might be a lot more choices as far as pure electric cars if that's something you're in to. |

Yes, you should wait a few years unless you want something totally different (much faster car or whatever) because getting rid of a perfectly good car for no reason is just silly. |
