"The top three countries of origin for college-educated immigrants were India (14.2 percent), China (9.7 percent), and the Philippines (8.7 percent)."
In other words, effectively the same as the 2014 numbers. Looks like the numbers don't vary much after all. Please find any dataset with Mexico even as high as #3 - your statement would still be wrong and misleading, but at least you'd have a bit of wiggle room. |

As to your second point. When my English, kraut, and lutefisk nigger forebears came to the country, there was no giant welfare state in which the government had a tacit agreement to take care of everyone and anyone within its borders.
