It's basically a question of how many pickups the Dems can make, and there are at least a couple that look very likely if Trump has a sub-40 approval rating in November like he had for most of last year.

33 percent seems about right to me. The dems are probably slight favorites in Nevada and Arizona. As for the the seats they are defending, they should be favored in all but MO. Manchin, Tester, and Heitkamp are very popular. If the dems win in Nevada and arizona and lose in MO it’s 50/50, thanks to Steve Bannon’s shenanigans in Alabama. The dems also have an outside shot of winning in Tenneseee and Texas (I think Bresden has a better chance than O’Rourke). Put it all together and 33 percent seems right, at least for now. A lot could change in 9 months of course.
