If he says "no" and that he won't stop accepting donations, the audience hates him and he looks like a scummy puppet in the hands of lobbyists.
If he says "yes," the crowd cheers but the far right dislike him, and even more disastrous for him, the NRA demands that the GOP run someone against him in a primary and they run hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of attack ads against him. |
