Christianity and other religions like it (presumably, judaism, islam) are all centered around the belief that man is far superior to other creatures and that the earth is for our use. This narcissism and self-importance leads to the shit we see today - destruction of the planet with no concern about the future, mass extinction, obesity, over consumption, etc. |
